30 Day Returns
Return your goods to DVS within 30 days of invoice date and we will issue a credit for the goods returned (excluding carriage). Goods must be in “as new” condition in the original undamaged boxes & packaging.

A Warranty Claim

If your product(s) becomes defective and develops a fault due to design or manufacturing fault we are here to help. The standard warranty of the products sold by DVS LTD can be found by clicking the more information link below. Additionally, the warranty period can usually be found in the product description of a product on the DVS Price List or on the Product page on the website. Refurbished products have a 12 month’s warranty period.
