30 Days Returns – WHAT TO DO?


1) Obtain your Returns Number

Complete the returns form on our website by clicking the ‘Returns’ button below to obtain a Returns Number.

All returns must be accompanied by a valid Returns number or they cannot be processed.

Please note, Special Order, customised products and sub-distributor orders are excluded from the 30 day return.

Your Return Number will be emailed to you usual within 24hrs
Returns Numbers are only valid for 14 days from the returns number requested date.

2) Packaging the product(s)

All returned items must be packed carefully to avoid damage during transit and supplied with the original undamaged boxes & packaging, including all original boxed content (e.g. leads, connectors, manuals and accessories). Any items received damaged in transit or in an unsatisfactory condition will not be credited.

DVS Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred during transit. Any goods received without a returns form will not be processed and items returned to sender at your cost. We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receipt of goods at DVS.

3) Return the product to DVS

Return the product(s) using the following address:

Returns Department, DVS LTD Unit 3, Neptune Point, Vanguard Way, Cardiff, CF24 5PG, United Kingdom

All products returned must be accompanied by the returns form and a valid Returns Number. The returns form must be securely affixed to the top of the box in which the goods are being returned in.

4) If goods are returned in accordance with these terms, you account will be credited, excluding any delivery charges. Any goods returned not in “as new” condition, damaged, or missing any items will be rejected and the customer will be informed of the cost to return the goods to the customer if they do not wish to collect them.

5) If there are any issues with your Returns, you will be contacted by our Returns Department to help you through the next steps.
