Profile and overview responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Field Sales Manager and the team leader the ASM is responsible for the area management of set accounts in a designated sales territory.

Having regular proactive contact relationship with customers including face to face meetings, video calls and site visits where necessary and ensuring that DVS is represented in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales/KPI target through maintaining and growing current accounts customer base
• Develop and maintain an active project pipeline for the sales territory
• Ensure forecast is up to date through communication with sales management
• When required report on figures and KPIs and occasionally deliver this to management in the monthly sales meeting
• Provide support to the external sales manager with regards the current KPI pack for the external sales team, and active involvement to improve the KPIs to ensure they drive the correct behaviour to achieve company goals
• Achieve individual sales/KPI target through maintaining and growing current accounts customer base
• Supporting the external sales team with attending any exhibitions the business is under taking
• Maintain regular contact with key suppliers
• Working with other departments within DVS to ensure a smooth sales process
• Must attend exhibitions, events and meetings the business is undertaking including nights away from home (when necessary)
• Attend the weekly Monday group video/audio call with the external sales team
• Attend monthly sales meetings, with on-going active involvement
• Make sure that all communication both up and down is delivered in the right way
• Continue to works towards the DVS Mission/Vision at all times
• Promote health and safety in the work place
• Ensure company values and behaviours are promoted
• When required handle flow of customer complaints and escalate where necessary
