Job Title: Sales Co-Ordinator Assistant

Location: Cardiff

Role Summary:

Assisting in the Process and co-ordination of purchase orders and back orders. Must be able to work well under pressure and be organised in prioritising tasks. Liaising with other departments to ensure orders are despatched efficiently and liaising with the customer to keep them fully informed with the progress of their order.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the Process of customers purchase orders
• Assisting in the Process of export orders, complying with export control and completing the necessary paperwork
• Maintaining the customer back order reports
• Communicating with customers to keep them up to date with the progress of their order
• Assisting and Supporting the Internal & external team with order enquiries
• Providing proof of delivery information to customers
• Supporting your team and assisting them when required
• Ensuring all orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner
• Making sure deadlines are met on a daily basis with regards to orders despatching on time, if not putting measures/ a plan into place to make sure they are met
• Assisting with and resolving any problems in a timely manner
• Assisting and supporting the Sales Co-ordinator Team Leader
