Terms and Conditions for the DVS Winter Order Giveaway

1. Eligibility
   1.1 The competition is open to trade-only customers based in the United Kingdom.
   1.2 Employees of DVS, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the campaign are not eligible to participate.
   1.3 Only companies placing at least one order on the DVS website (www.dvs.co.uk) during the campaign period are eligible to enter.
   1.4 Subdistributors are not eligible to participate.

2. Campaign Overview
   2.1 The DVS Winter Order Giveaway will run from 24th November 2025 to 17th December 2025.
   2.2 Eligible companies will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw when they place any order of any value on www.dvs.co.uk during the campaign period.
   2.3 Three (3) winners will be selected, with prizes allocated as follows:
   • 1st Prize: £1,000 Amazon voucher
   • 2nd Prize: £500 Amazon voucher
   • 3rd Prize: £250 Amazon voucher
   2.4 Participants may also enter for free by sending a letter to the DVS office in Cardiff, including their full name, company name, and contact details. Free postal entries must be received before the competition closing date.
   2.5 Each company may only receive one (1) entry into the prize draw, regardless of the number of orders placed or postal entries submitted.

3. Winner Selection and Notification
   3.1 Winners will be selected via a random draw conducted by DVS after the campaign ends.
   3.2 The draw will include all eligible website order entries and all valid free postal entries.
   3.3 One company may only win one (1) prize.
   3.4 Winners will be notified via email or telephone within five (5) working days of the draw.
   3.5 If a winner does not respond within five (5) working days of notification, DVS reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

4. Prize Details
   4.1 The prizes consist of:
   • One (1) £1,000 Amazon voucher for the first-place winner
   • One (1) £500 Amazon voucher for the second-place winner
   • One (1) £250 Amazon voucher for the third-place winner
   4.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
   4.3 DVS reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

5. General Terms
   5.1 By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   5.2 DVS reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise in violation of these terms.
   5.3 DVS reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
   5.4 DVS is not responsible for any additional costs incurred in relation to the prize.
   5.5 By participating, winners agree to allow DVS to use their company name and logo for promotional purposes related to the competition.
   5.6 Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and related promotions.
