Tim Goodson

I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business and developing the strategic plans for DVS.

I qualified as a Chartered Accountant (FCA) with PwC in 2001 where I spent 7 years delivering a range of services including audit, due diligence and corporate finance for a range of business from SMEs to PLCs across multiple sectors. Over the last 10 years, I have developed my career working within the SME market, performing both Managing Director and Finance Director roles. 

Outside of work, I enjoy most sports and keeping fit, with football my main passion. I regularly play 5-a-side and I am a proud trustee of the Welsh Football Trust. I enjoy travelling and try to make sure scuba diving or skiing are somehow incorporated into my travel plans.   



 Gavin Dunleavy

After 8 years of great success in the retail vertical market I am now responsible for maintaining growth whilst targeting strategic partners to grow our business in our recognised fields.

Within our ever expanding business IP is growing rapidly along with our end to end solutions which are provided by some of the best known premium brands in the video security markets around the world. I am also involved in the strategic direction of this extremely successful and energetic company. 

Outside of work you can generally find me at the local or cooking at home for my wife and children.  


Scott Douglas

With expertise in Electronic Security Distribution dating back to 1997, I have worked for some of Europe’s biggest and most successful distributors in the industry.

I joined DVS Ltd in 2004 as Sales Director and have seen award winning growth year on year since then. We have a very strong, dynamic and experienced sales team which have been carefully selected to maintain our aggressive growth plans.  I am also responsible for the sales strategy of the business and the delivery of strong results.

I am very proud to be a member of The Worshipful Company of Security Professionals.

Outside of work I love spending time with my family and friends and enjoy travelling. Believe it or not, I am also a regular at the gym. My main hobby is football with a strong passion for Liverpool F.C. I also have legendary socialising skills.



Financial Controller

Lynsey Morgan, Financial Controller of DVS

I joined DVS in September 2016 as Financial Controller. I have over 15 years’ experience within an accounts environments mainly in the Pharmaceutical industry and am a member of ACCA.

I am responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the Accounts team and producing the monthly financial results for DVS as well as looking to continually improve upon current processes and reporting.

Outside of work I enjoy experiencing new cultures and try to get away a few times a year to different countries. I’m also a massive foodie so enjoy eating out as much as possible which unfortunately means you’ll find me training hard in the gym most days to burn off all those excess calories!!!

I joined DVS in August 2017 as an interim Finance Controller after finishing work in a TV assembly company. I am a member of ACCA and my responsibility here at DVS will be overseeing the performance of the accounts team.  Producing month end reports for board meetings and maintaining and improving current procedures.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and I’m always looking for somewhere interesting for our holidays. I also like cooking and preparing food. My next target is to make a light cheese sponge cake successfully (I’ve tried many times). I welcome any advice! 


Dave Davies

I have been in the Security industry since 1996 and began my career as an apprentice, qualifying at the 'top of the class'. I hav e since worked in some of the biggest companies all over the UK handling systems ranging from town centre CCTV to MoD and nuclear power plants.

I have gained vast technical knowledge in this industry especially in IP and network systems. I strive to deliver excellent customer service and always ensure that the technical needs of the client are fulfilled.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and mini zoo, weight lifting, sports and I'm also a keen hunter with falconry (yes birds of prey) being my main hobby.

I have been in the security industry since 2005 and have gained my experience through working for CCTV and integrated systems manufacturers before joining DVS.

Within my role as Business Development Manager, I am responsible for expanding the customer base, promoting the ever growing range of products in our portfolio and working alongside my colleagues to make the business a real success.

Travelling is one of my hobbies and I am always planning my next adventure to discover a new country in the world!

Jo Rose

After spending 16 years as an Internal Sales Representative for one of the most successful Electronic Distributors in Europe I decided it was time for a new challenge and change in direction. 

Bringing a wealth of experience to DVS, I was very keen to learn as much as I could about the Security Industry and progress my career with DVS.  Within a short period of time DVS saw the potential in me and I was promoted to Sales Manager, as the company rapidly grew I was promoted to Channel Manager.  I love being part of the DVS team, it’s like one massive successful family!

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, socialising, shopping ….. I do Love a bit of adrenaline when given the opportunity and have skydived, flew a 2 seater lightweight plane, under supervision of course. I also enjoy spending time in the kitchen cooking a good meal for family & friends, loving wine and a good film! 


Helen Thomas

I first joined the Security Industry back in 1989 working in Distribution although I have spent some years on the road in the role of Sales Engineer for a couple of manufacturers in Intruder and Access Control.

The majority of my time has been spent in Distribution Management and supply of equipment to trade installers. My first introduction to CCTV was through the invention of the wonderful Phillips Observation kit (cream and brown cameras with fixed lenses); how the products have progressed over the years!

I joined DVS in 2012 as an Area Sales Manager and work internally and externally supporting customers and their requirements. It is an increasingly exciting time for me at DVS with a continually evolving supplier and product profile which concentrates on developing and emerging technologies.

As a busy mother of two grown up children (who refuse to leave home) and owner of a menagerie of animals, what spare time I have I like to get out and about and enjoy meals out and fine cheap red wine!!

I have been in the security industry since 2001, joining DVS in May 2017. I have 15 years experience of working for small to large Security and Fire installation companies and since day one in this industry my thirst for knowledge has not changed. I’m very passionate about good quality products in both hardware and software backed up with exceptional customer service. I’m a strong believer in being open to learning something new each day to improve & maintain strong skill sets - skill sets that will enable me to thrive in my role with DVS as Area Sales Manager.

 In my time away from work I enjoy spending it with my young family, consisting mainly of chasing my two young boys around, I love socialising, having drinks with friends and I enjoy most sports but my passion is football; I support Newcastle United.



Jason Bezuidenhout

Since 2000 I have been moulding my career in sales, starting out in Telecoms, then moving into CCTV and Access Control. I’ve worked with world leading brands (and as fortune would have it, I am once again working with a world class brand) starting out as a Sale Executive and progressing to Sales Management.

 As an Area Sales Manager for DVS, I will be supporting our customers in Scotland. I’ll be spreading the good word and making us the go to company in the industry for advice and supply. I’m a strong believer that people buy from people and product can be taught.

 Outside of work, I get to be a husband to an amazing wife and father (The Hulk) to two crazy kids. I’ve competed internationally in Tenpin bowling for 20 years. I’m very much involved in, and a fan of Mixed Martial Arts although my physique would make you believe it’s pizza. Pizza…. mmmmmm.

I am delighted to be Joining DVS and ‘Distribution Done Right’ and putting the customer’s needs first are qualities that both DVS and I personally share. I have been in the security industry for over 10 years and started out as an installer and even purchased equipment from DVS in the past.

 I am now delighted to be starting in my new role as Area Sales Manager for DVS covering the home counties and North of the M4 corridor. As a company, DVS still have the same qualities that made me purchase equipment from them over 10 years ago.

I first began working in the Security Industry in 1997 and early experience taught me how much installers value good and reliable service. When you have engineers out on site it’s good for them to know they have the right products and back-up if and when required. We work in an industry that continues to develop and innovate and customers deserve the best service possible.

I took a very enjoyable career break to bring up my two sons before returning back to the industry in 2014. I joined DVS in 2017 as an Area Sales Manager and am excited to be part of strong, forward looking company.

Away from work I like to spend time with family and friends, watch movies, read, go to the gym and am a coach with Maidenhead Rugby Club. Additionally I dabble in creative writing and am still looking for that elusive publisher to pick up the first novel.



Stephen Nicholson

I joined the security industry as an installation apprentice in 2000 and gained an array of skills & experience working within the gas/petrochemical industry, town centre and port authority systems to name a few. Having worked within several disciplines throughout my career from project management, system design, technical support and technical sales, I have found great satisfaction in providing help and support to customers when things aren't exactly going to plan.

With a strong work ethic I strive to be as efficient as possible and thrive on the opportunity to learn new skills daily.

I love spending time with my family and enjoy getting my golf clubs or mountain bike out whenever the opportunity arises.

After spending 24 years as an area manager in the brewery trade, I decided to join the security industry. Initially working for an installer before moving on to Distributors / Manufacturers where I have gained an extensive knowledge of CCTV especially IP, and I’m excited to be working for such a great company.

I am married to Emma and have 3 children, 11 cats and 1 dog. Despite their recent woes I am still a mad keen Aston Villa supporter. I also play guitar but not so much these days as Emma is not a fan of my musical tastes.

We love our holidays, which are usually to hot places where we can chill out and recharge the batteries.

I joined DVS in December 2016 as Marketing Manager and have over 7 years of experience within the world of marketing.  I have worked in a number of different industries, from ventilation, educational and leisure. 

It’s my responsibility to handle all marketing and communication plans for DVS, by using traditional and digital campaign methods.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends.  My main hobby is marine fish keeping which ties into my fascination with shark swimming, being a qualified diver.  


Internal Sales Team Leader

With over 20 years’ experience in the IT and telecoms industry and 8 years specific to security systems installation, I have particular specialties in remote monitoring systems and networking.

I have worked as both an engineer and manager so have the technical and hands on knowledge to support and guide our customers in product recommendations and system specifications. Providing support for the external sales team whilst also servicing my own customer base I enjoy the diversity of my role at DVS and am proud to be part of such a great team.

In my spare time I am an advanced motorcycle rider and volunteer for Blood Bikes Wales delivering blood, urgent samples and milk for premature babies between hospitals in South Wales.

Azaria Azzopardi

I joined DVS in the summer of 2015 as part of the Internal Sales team. My role at DVS consists of ensuring our customers are happy through expanding their businesses; the bosses are happy by generating more sales each month and ensuring my colleagues are happy by bringing positivity to the office!

I have over 10 years of experience within the sales industry and have worked for various organisations, including United Brands as an internal sales representative, Cellar Trends and the BBC. I also have a background in Events and Marketing and in 2010 I obtained a HND in Events Management at the University of Wales Institute Cardiff.

In my spare time I enjoy experiencing new things i.e food, places, and culture.

Previously I worked for Rockall Safety as an Account manager/Internal sales where I spent a short time of 6 months learning my trade in the gas industry. Prior to that I worked for Cromwell tools for 4 years as part of their internal sales team. 

In my spare time I play football for Cardiff City Women. I often go to the gym and I enjoy spending time with family and friends.

As well as maintaining, assisting and helping my own customers, I support the external sales team’s customers to guarantee that they receive the best service at all times. Through getting to know a wider base of DVS customers on a personal level (rather than just business) I feel it makes it easier for people to deal with us.

Being a typical Lad, I enjoy both playing and watching football. I’m also a keen cook and love to make and try new things.

Luke Graham

I have worked for DVS since January 2015 primarily as part of the warehouse team. As of January 2018 I have become a part of the internal sales team.

My duties include both inbound and outbound calls. Organising quotes and/or sales orders for customers. I like to make myself available to help out colleagues as much as I possibly can because I enjoy expanding my knowledge of our products and processes.

Outside of work I run, manage and play for the most majestically named, multi-team, 11-a-side football team in the UK, Space Jam Galaxy. In my spare time I enjoy playing computer games, I’m a big movie fan & enjoy the odd night out.

Ceri O'Keeffe

General Manager

As the General Manager, my main responsibility within DVS is to keep the Directors in check and my ‘beady eye’ on the rest of the staff! An aspect of my role is to oversee the company as a whole, across all departments when required, as well as taking care of many of the day-to-day aspects involved in running the company.

I have been in the CCTV security industry since 1990, working within installation companies until joining DVS in 2006.

My hobbies include gardening, walking my gorgeous French Bulldog and I also enjoy a Stella Artois or two.




Natasha Tsen 

Purchasing and Logistics Manager

Natasha Tsen, Purchasing and Logistics Manager at DVS

As the Purchasing and Logistics Manager, I oversee the Purchasing and Logistics functions. My main responsibilities are to manage all the purchasing activities, which range from raising POs to negotiating with our suppliers, UK based as well as globally for better prices, terms, etc. This includes monitoring the imports process, dealing with lead times, shipment options and liaising with our freight forwarders for best rates and service, to ensure we maintain our inventory levels and have accurate shipment information to enable the sales team to coordinate their customers’ demands and forecasts. 

With my qualification in BSc Business Administration, which I achieved whilst at Cardiff University Business School, I focused on purchasing and supply chain management modules. I soon realised the importance of the back of house functions, and the impact this department can have on any organisation by focusing on adding value. This is achieved through buying smarter and more efficiently; working with suppliers to build relationships and using elements of JIT and strategic purchasing. 

In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, usually planning and organising the next event, such as nights out, birthdays or holidays.

 I joined DVS in May 2016 as a member of the purchasing team, after many years as a technical sales consultant in the diving industry.

My role is to oversee our UK supply chain, liaising with suppliers and working closely in supporting our sales team. I thoroughly enjoy the challenge of being part of a fast paced, dynamic environment that continually pushes me to achieve results.

Outside of work; I enjoy walking my dogs, spending time with my family and when time permits getting out on my mountain bike or going diving.


Kylie Beach

I joined DVS in October 2014 as Sales Co-ordinator. My main responsibility is to support the sales team through communicating their outstanding orders, creating daily reports and inputting sales orders.

Previously I worked for an Aluminium System Supplier for 4 years where I gained a wealth of knowledge using the Sage 200 system. I hope to use this experience here at DVS to continually improve our internal processes.

Outside of work I enjoy Kyokushin Karate and socialising with my friends and family. 



Matthew Perry

I joined DVS in November 2015 after spending 3 years as a sales co-ordinator in the construction industry. 

As a sales co-ordinator, my duties include processing orders, updating the sales team with information and helping with general customer enquiries. I’m impressed by how much DVS has grown since 2003 and I’m excited about my contribution to its continued growth. 

Outside of DVS I’m either playing football, watching football (watching any sports in fact), at the gym or playing poker. Amongst all of this, I am continuously planning my next trip to watch Wales play football all over Europe and beyond.

I enjoy working for DVS, there isn’t a day that goes by where I can say I’m bored or not busy! I am really happy to have joined an expanding company and meet some new people and be closer to the big City!

In my spare time you will catch me either in the gym, ruining it with bad food at the weekend or out socialising with my friends and family.. it’s very rare to find me having a quiet moment!

As Finance Administrator at DVS Ltd my role includes opening customer accounts, allocating payment of invoices, liaising with customers regarding their accounts, answering the telephone and general administrative duties.

I really enjoy how busy we are at DVS and the continuous staff banter keeps me smiling.

Outside of work I enjoy pub quizzes, going for walks, spending time with my family and friends and in particular my little granddaughters.

I joined DVS Ltd in November 2016 as a finance administrator having previously worked in financial services for ten years, in the role of administrator.  My role with DVS is ensuring timely payment of debt, resolving queries, reconciling payments, liaising with the sales team if orders can go and giving excellent customer service to all of our customers. 

My day to day life at DVS is very busy and challenging at times for me, which I enjoy and the atmosphere is one I have not experienced before, in a good way!!!

 Outside of work I enjoy walking the Pembrokeshire coastal path, socialising, especially on rugby weekends and weekends away in our caravan with my partner and my daughter.



Angela Lewis

Finance Assistant 

I joined DVS in April 2017 as Finance Assistant. I have worked in a finance environment for 15 years in a variety of industries but mainly Biotechnology. I am also a student member of The AAT completing my final year which I am studying in my own time.

My role at DVS is to ensure that the Purchase Ledger and cashflow reports are accurately maintained, Suppliers are paid on time and carrying out Ad hoc cost analysis.

When I am not working I love to spend quality time with family and good friends. I also love to travel. 




Jamie Evans

I joined DVS in 2007 to assist with company’s transition to IP CCTV, my previous experience being 15 years in IT and telecommunications.

Today I enjoy supporting our customers and internal sales staff on a wide range of technologies including analogue, HD-SDI and IP CCTV, wireless & fibre optic transmission and everything in between. I converse daily with customers and product manufacturers to quickly solve any issues that may arise.

In my spare time I enjoy going to watch the number one football team in Wales, Cardiff City. 



Angelo Fabio

Technical Team Leader 

Angelo Febboroni, Technical Team Leader  at DVS

As Technical Team Leader I am responsible for supporting the workshop team, technical apprentices and returns department alongside the Technical Manager. As well as this, I am part of the Technical Support Team, supporting our customers and DVS sales staff with any technical queries they may have and dealing with repairs, whether it be small issues like camera faults or standalone DVR/NVRs and PC/Server repairs. I also deal with new projects such as IP/network configurations and system specifications no matter how big or complex.

I joined DVS after successfully completing a national diploma in IT and a 4 year BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Systems Security at Glamorgan University. I have been working at DVS since July 2010 and have been progressing my ever expanding knowledge in CCTV.

When I’m not at DVS I’m working on developing my home and spending time with family and friends. 



Ashley Howe

I joined DVS in 2013 to assist in the repair centre. I am now part of the technical support team where we aim to provide the best support in the industry.

We do this in a variety of ways to offer a full range of support, including over the phone, face-to-face and remotely connecting to your PC.

I’m always happy when a resolution is found to seemingly impossible tasks. I also help to support the internal staff with any technical questions that they might have.

Having lengthy experience, beginning in 2002, in the computer and electronics industry, I’m enjoying developing and expanding my knowledge of CCTV products and technology.

Outside of work I enjoy going on long rides around the country on my bike.

I joined DVS in April 2017 as a Customer Service Administrator.  I have worked in a administration environment for over 4 years.

 My role includes providing excellent customer service to all of our clients and making sure they feel welcome whenever they come into our offices.

 In my spare time, I like spending time with friends and love going away on the weekends to different destinations.  I love food and enjoy trying different restaurants whenever I can. 



James Davies

Returns and Workshop Engineer 

James Davies, Returns and Workshop Engineer at DVSI joined DVS in September 2013 where I am currently working towards a BTEC Level 2 diploma in professional competence for IT and Telecoms professionals. I am still developing my skills and expanding my knowledge of the product range and learning about the CCTV industry.

The main part of my day is spent building DVRs and NVRs to meet the customers’ needs while also dealing with returned products. I also provide a supporting role to help the tech team whenever I am needed.

In my spare time I enjoy socialising with friends, whether that be playing video games, football or going to the cinema.




Andrew Balzan

I joined DVS Ltd in November 2015 as a member of the Workshop Team.

As a Workshop Engineer my role involves building and testing DVR/NVR systems to meet with customer requirements. I work in an active, fast paced environment where there is never a dull moment. With my previous experience in IT I have found the role interesting and easy to settle into.

Outside of DVS I like to spend most of my time with my friends and family. I have a strong passion for building computers and I've played the drums for 10 years.



Matthew Balzan

I joined DVS in August 2015 in search of a better career. In my short time here I have already learned skills within a trade that I thoroughly enjoy. 

My day to day activities within the workshop include building DVRs and NVRs to replenish the stock levels while providing help where I can to anyone that needs it. I’m learning more and more about the stock portfolio of DVS and truly feel that this is broadening my horizons for the future. 

In my spare time I find myself either reading a good book or at my PC. 


Jack Morgan

I joined DVS in August 2014 where I am currently working towards a BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Professional Competence for I.T. and Telecom Professionals.

I am developing new skills and expanding my knowledge of DVS’ product portfolio whilst learning about the CCTV Industry.  My job role consists of building and programming DVR’s and NVR’s for the customer needs and also supporting other Tech Team members as required.

Outside DVS my passion is football, I also enjoy gaming, visiting the cinema and working out in the gym.

Kyle Ellis

I have been working for DVS since June 2013 as part of the Warehouse team and since January 2015 I am the Warehouse Team Leader. My daily duties include overseeing the warehouse staff, managing stock, picking and packing orders ready to dispatch, taking in deliveries and organising our mountains of stock! 

I am conscientious and enjoy contributing to such a brilliant team and a great company. #teamdvs 

When I’m away from DVS I enjoy watching my beloved Man Utd and playing 5 a-side with my championship winning Sunday league team. I’m also a huge movie fan, especially marvel films. When I get a spare 5 minutes I enjoying playing on my ps4…this is usually my saving grace after a manic day at DVS.

I have been working within warehousing since 1995 and have extensive experience within warehouse, despatch, production planning, stock control, stock replenishment, purchasing and lean manufacturing.

Although the majority of this experience has been gained in the food industry, technology has always been my first love and I jumped at the opportunity to work for DVS.

When I’m not at DVS I enjoy family time with the kids, watching rugby and playing the odd round of golf. 


Ryan Edwards

Ryan Edwards, Warehouse Team at DVS

My role at DVS is in the warehouse, this job requires picking orders and getting them ready to ship out. We have a good team at DVS and everybody helps each other out. I have previous experience in a warehouse, stocking shelves and making sure the job gets done efficiently. I do enjoy coming to work in the mornings.

When I am not in work at DVS you will find me playing football or spending time with friends and family. You may also find me partying every now and again.

Andrew Jones, Workshop/Warehouse Assistant

Working at DVS as a member of the busy warehouse team I deal with packing and dispatching customer orders. 

I have worked in warehousing and dispatch since 2004 and I’m happy to be at DVS expanding my skill set through my day to day work. I like to keep my surroundings clean and tidy as a clean work place is a happy work place.

I enjoy spending my spare time with my family. This consists of 3 demanding children and 2 step children, so I have my hands full outside DVS. I’m also a keen carp fisherman enjoying the peace and tranquillity of being sat by the lake with my boy.  I used to participate in motocross and banger racing but since a major accident in 2014, I can only watch these sports with a smile.
