Sales Co-Ordinator

Role Summary

 Processing and co-ordination of purchase sales orders and backlogs, to be able to work well under pressure and to be organised in prioritising tasks.  Liaising with other departments to ensure orders are dispatched efficiently and liaising with the customer to keep them fully informed with the progress of their order.


Main Responsibilities

  • Processing of customers purchase Orders
  • Processing of export orders, complying with export control and completing the necessary paperwork
  • Maintaining the customer backlog reports
  • Communicating with customers to keep them up to date with the progress of their order
  • To be a team player
  • Supporting the Internal & external team with order enquiries
  • Providing proof of delivery information to customers
  • Good Communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • To be able to attend monthly sales meetings when required
  • Supporting your team and assisting them when required
  • Ensuring all orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Making sure deadlines are met on a daily basis with regards to orders dispatching on time, if not putting measures/ a plan into place to make sure they are met
  • Resolving any problems in a timely manner
  • Supporting the Internal Sales Manager and Internal Sales team where required and company directors
