Business Development Executive

Known for its innovative and opportunistic approach, the business continues to invest in its high performing sales and technical teams and its state of the art demonstration and training facilities in Cardiff. 


Role Summary:

The New business prospectors will be required: 

To do a high volume of outbound calls to generate lead new business leads
It will be their job to contact all non-spending customers
They will also be required to deal with generated web leads and other leads as well as using other resources available to them. I.e. old databases, Internet ETC
Some cold calling but most calls should be warm


KPI’S will be based on the below: 

Number of calls made
Number of effective calls
Accounts open with credit limits


Key Attributes:
 

Experienced or have a background in telesales / sales (Outbound calling)
Driven and Self-motivated, willing to push themselves and be of part of a team
Can demonstrate excellent customer service
Strong communication skills, confident and enthusiastic
Experienced working to, meeting and exceeding targets
CCTV experience not essential as training will be provided
